The ACLU of WA was invited to review early drafts of the SPD policies relating to the Booking Photo Comparison Software (BPCS) and in a series of meetings we presented our thoughts and concerns about those policies to the SPD for their consideration. In the spirit of transparency, we are providing our side of all written communications we had with SPD and Council staff regarding the BPCS.
